1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using LMA39OL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

5. Merchant-issued ratings

LMA39OL enables merchants to issue ratings about counterparties. You are solely responsible for the ratings and content you submit and must ensure they are accurate, lawful, and issued in good faith.

We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval you select. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by LMA39OL and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service in accordance with these terms.

8. Third-party services

The service may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LMA39OL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or where required to protect the platform or comply with the law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LMA39OL is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
